Mangayomi is a free and open-source app, clearly inspired by the features of Tachiyomi and developed in Flutter, that will allow you to download all the manga and anime you want directly on your Android device. Although you can save any content to watch offline, you can also stream it to avoid downloading anything.

First step is to download your favorite sources

As usual in this type of app, you'll first need to download a few sources to use Mangayomi properly. You'll find hundreds of different sources, both for anime and manga, at your disposal. All these sources are perfectly organized and categorized according to their language, so you can choose the ones that best support the languages you can understand. You'll find sources in over half a dozen different languages.

Once you have installed your favorite sources, you'll be able to access all their content easily. From each source's tab, you can download any manga or anime by simply tapping on its cover art.
